Ahmed is always willing to learn and explore new software technologies. He is interested in open source, cross-platform technologies like Qt, software architecture, and DSP applications. He enjoys working in a team. Although he is a pure technical guy, he studied software project management to get the general understanding of software production life cycle.

Ahmed holds a BSc degree in Electronics and Electrical Communications, Cairo university. Currently, he is preparing his masters degree thesis in Arabic speech processing. Prior to working at OpenCraft, he worked in SoftMEMS, a CAD tools company. His main responsibility was to create cross platform applications via Qt/C++. During his work he used several languages like C#, Java, Python and Skill.
