Co-founder/Board member

Besides setting-up the firm's operations and its overall business strategy, Rady is responsible for assistance in business development duties at OpenCraft. Rady is involved in product innovations at OpenCraft, taking a role in matching market needs with innovative products as well as setting requirements with the engineering team and assembling that in a business plan. Rady is also responsible for funding these new initiatives and structuring new ventures.

A frequent traveler of entrepreneurship, Rady has been a habitual participant in start-ups. Whether as a junior employee or a founder, he led or been requested to lead efforts. From concept to operations, Rady is a big believer that there are three success factors to sustainable projects: Creativity, Team work, and Operations. An avid business analyst, he is interested in analysing the present, embracing change, and exchanging ideas -usually with engineers- about the future.

Past work experience include joining a Morgan Stanley join venture investment bank in Cairo and working as an equity portfolio manager. Following founding a number of ventures, Rady found his calling in OpenCraft.

Rady holds a BA in Economics from the American University in London and an MBA from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Finance.
